My Life Programs

My Life offers body tranformation diet and fitness packages, custom workout programs, and weight loss programs.

Body Tranformation Diet and Fitness Package

8, 12, 16-week packages
Customized nutritional programs based on the individual’s needs: weight loss,muscle building, or maintenance. Diet program also consists of recommended physical fitness programs and supplementation advice. Coaches check in with clients on a weekly basis. Client weights and biweekly progress pictures are tracked via google drive application on client’s smart phone or computer.

Custom Workout Programs

These programs are designed around the customer’s fitness goals. Be it weight loss, muscle building, or maintenance, we have a program for you.

The “KETO” Diet Package for Fat and Weight Loss

“The popular high fat, Keto diet made simple…”
Package includes detailed break down of how to properly get into, and stay in “Ketosis”, supplement recommendations, tips/tricks to make the diet easier to follow, keto food list, and sample diets to get you started.

All My Life Coaches are versed in all diet types and lifestyles to include but, not limited to: Vegan, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Keto, Blood Type Dieting, IIFYM, Intermittent Fasting, and many more. Feel free to check out our various nutrition/diet programs below to find one that is right for you.

When I first started with Jared I had no control over my diet and thought going to the gym and eating whatever I wanted was okay. He showed me other wise! We cleaned up my diet with his easy to follow meal plans and he had me start on a new workout plan. With in a few weeks I started to see little changes here and there. I could tell my legs were getting definition, my arms were getting stronger, and I was loosing the weight around my waist. I couldn’t be happier with my progress, but it doesn’t stop here!

January 02, 2016 39 year old male at 240 lbs, I started a journey to become as fit as I possibly could. I did not have a particular goal weight in mind, just a visual idea of what I was hoping for. I ordered my 12 week meal program and training from an “online coach” and began. 8 weeks in and this “online coach” seized all replies. I was able to use some of what I learned to Get me through the next 2 months. Super frustrated and now stressing on How I am going to finish my journey, I was put in contact with Jared Moore of My Life Fitness. I started with Jared in May 2016 at 230 lbs and 25% body fat. Working with Jared for the next 7 months, I was able to lose another 33 lbs and reduce my body fat to 9%. It was definitely a journey but, with Jared’s help and his wealth of knowledge of the human body and nutrition, I look and feel better than I did in my twenties. January 09, 2017 after his program I was 197lbs and 9% body fat. I am very thankful to Jared for everything that he did as well as the lifestyle changes that he influenced.

After months of working out but seeing and feeling my body hit a plateau because of poor eating habits, I started working with Jared. Though I’m only 7 weeks into the program, I have lost nearly 25 pounds and I feel amazing! Action For Healthy Kids

A portion of all apparel sales will be donated to Action for Healthy Kids (AFHK), a national non profit that supports school-based healthy eating and physical activity programs that help kids be healthy, active and ready to learn.

AFHK programs have benefited more than 12.9 million children in 30,000 schools across the country.
